3. PE STUDENTS will be using the GHS Pool
Students who have PE will be using the Greely High School Pool for 2 weeks, starting Tuesday January 20th.
We will be swimming until Friday January 30th.
This means that they will be traveling up to the pool at Greely High School to participate in their PE classes.
Students will need:
* a bathing suit or something they feel comfortable swimming in
* a towel
* a plastic or waterproof bag to keep their wet clothes in after class, and
* if their hair is longer than 3 inches a bathing cap or hair tie.
* Swim goggles are not required but can be worn
* Students should bring a winter hat, gloves and jacket for after swimming.
* On the 1st day of our Swim Unit students will meet at the GMS gym and travel up to the pool with their PE teacher by foot. For the remaining days of the swim unit, students will walk across campus, up to the GHS Pool on their own, where they will meet their PE Teacher. If you have any questions you can email your student's PE Teacher, Mr. Caswell or Ms. Champagne."
4. Please help your student make after-school plans before school. We’d like to reduce the number of students missing class who want to make after-school plans with friends.
