First, a note of appreciation. Your efforts to drop students off by 7:40 each morning is making a big difference. It has allowed students to feel less rushed, and they’re getting to first period classes on time. And as an update on attendance, about 97% of our student population is at school each day!!
Throughout November, you’ll notice GMS staff going above and beyond to create great learning opportunities for students. The photos included in the Spotlight represent only a fraction of what teachers provide. When you notice something that’s made a difference for your student, consider sending a note to that staff member. It’s appreciated!

Conferences
GMS Student Involved Conferences
Welcome to the Greely Middle School family conferences!
The purpose of student-involved conferences is to complete a quick check-in with families and teachers and address successes and areas for growth.
This fall we will be using our Google platform so you will need to have a gmail account to sign up for conferences. If you do not have a gmail account, you can either create one OR log-in using your child's MSAD51 account - after all these are student-involved!!!
When you visit the website, choose the team and off-team teachers with whom you wish to conference.
6th, 7th, and 8th grade are meeting as teams or paired groups. All other conferences are with individual teachers -- this includes Spanish and French teachers, Allied Arts teachers, interventionists, special education teachers, and other providers.
