Wow! Amazing turnout for the Glow Dance on Friday night. Plus, lots of GMS staff and parents who helped make it a fun and safe event.
After you talk about the dance, go ahead and make plans for the 3/19 & 3/26 GMS Student Involved Conferences. More “how to” info here. Or go straight to the Greely Family Conference Landing Page

Come cheer! Unified Basketball at GMS on Tuesday & Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
My best estimate is that the 5th-12th grade band students played for a packed gym of around 600 adults. This photo can’t capture the enthusiasm. The music? So impressive!
GMS Outing Club traveled to Black Mountain last weekend. Teens to Trails and Winter Kids provided free tickets, rentals, and tubing. Ms. Brox and Mr. Cooke taught students how to ski and snowboard - a great winter adventure!
Didn’t get enough dancing Friday night? Wednesday mornings at 7:00 a.m. is the Before the Bell Boogie in the gym. Still have questions about after-school clubs? Go here.

Ask any student for 10 new words in Spanish or French they learned this year.
Ever heard of Walt Whitman or Langston Hughes?
Why do you mumble "Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally" when doing math problems?
Thursday coffee. No school Friday!
Parent’s Invited :: Coffee & Conversation On Thursday, March 13 at 9:00 a.m., parents are welcome to join me for coffee, treats and a very casual conversation and brainstorm about supporting students and supporting teachers. If you’re interested, send me an RSVP email at [email protected]. We’ll meet in the back section of the cafeteria. Thanks,
